Cara men-disable registry(user restricted)

Regedit atau kepanjangan dari Registry Editor pada Windows yang mempunyai fungsi untuk melihat, membuat atau memodifikasi registry di dalam Windows. Nah, karena fungsinya tersebut kadang-kadang disalahgunakan oleh orang-orang atau user yang tidak bertanggung jawab sehingga dapat membahayakan system registry di computer Anda. Saga akan sharing cara mendisable fungsi regedit tersebut sehingga tidak semua orang (user) dapat merubah atau mengotak-atiknya. Dengan menggunakan gpedit.msc yaitu :

• Klik Start > Run > kemudian ketik gpedit.msc kemudian tekan Enter atau OK sehingga akan tampil jendela Group Policy Editor.
• Kemudian klik User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System hingga tampilannya seperti di bawah ini.






• Kemudian pilih dan klik double Prevent access to registry editing tools hingga tampil “kotak dialog” seperti di bawah ini.






• Kemudian pilih “enabled” pada opsi yang ada, dan juga pilih “yes” pada “disable regedit from editing tools?”
• Kemudian Klik OK atau Apply dan tutup jendela gpedit.msc.
Sekarang, user sudah tidak bisa mengakses fungsi regedit tersebut dan akan muncul peringatan (warning) seperti di bawah ini jika user mau membukanya.

Outlook Express Error Number: 0x800C0133

When you try to send or receive messages using Outlook Express, you may receive error message as below.
"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Example', Server: 'example.mail.domain.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133 "

This behavior can occur if the Folders.dbx file is missing, damaged, using the read-only attribute, or over sizing(up to 2GB). Usually it will happen at inbox.dbx.

To remedy

follow one of these instruction below
Try to restart the computer, if the problem persists, please follow the following steps.

• Go to “Tools” > “Options” > “Maintenance” tab > Click “Store Folder”. It will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files.
• Close Outlook Express, goto the location mentioned above. You may copy the location and paste it in the “Start” > “Run” and click “Ok”.
• make the folder for each contact person, filter for the ontact pers
• Rename “inbox.dbx” to “oldinbox.dbx” or name that you prefer.
• Restart the Outlook Express, This creates a new inbox.dbx file automatically.

Recovery old emails

You may recover back the old emails by try the following, if they are not corrupt or damage.

• In Outlook Express, right click on the local folders icon in the folder list.
• Click on New Folder, named it to “Old Inbox”.
• Search for oldinbox.dbx.
• The old emails should be inside the oldinbox.dbx right now.

It may be possible to fix the problem using these steps :

• Open Outlook Express
• Click "Local Folders" in the left side navigation
• Select New Folder and name it TEMP
• If possible move all of the email from your Inbox to the TEMP folder
• Go to menu bar and select Tools -> Options -> Maintenance -> Store Folder and then write down the location of your inbox
• Close Outlook Express,
• Use My Computer to go to the location is step 5 and then delete the file inbox.dbx
• Open Outlook Express - The Inbox folder should be auto recreated.
• Move your email from the TEMP folder back to your Inbox.

note : this error is still possible to comeback again. to avoid this error, i sugested to always create a subfolder in the inbox if you have a new contact and filter it and don't let your inbox and sent item size over 2GB or nearby.

Canon MP145, use scanner only

hello gan !
i got a solution how to SCAN if your printer have E-5 error or something. First u must remove the both cartridge from your printer and make sure u connect your printer to your computer, after that, do this

• With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding the Stop/ Reset button.
• When the Power is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.

And then you will see no error in your printer (the LED shows number 1,and the alarm is in green)
THATS ALL, so simple
NOW U CAN SCAN USING MP NAVIGATOR!

Canon MP145 error code e-5

ok gan, today i'll share how to fix canon MP145 code error E5
E5-5 = The ink cartridges are not installed or a non-supported ink cartridge is installed, or the ink cartridges are not installed properly

with the printer powered off but connected to power source, you must

press and hold the on/off button while holding the stop/reset button (hold down the on/off button until the power light lit green)

when the power lit press the stop/reset button 2 times and then release the on/off button

this will bring your MP145 to the SERVICE MODE (number "0" in the 7 display and power light is green)

press stop/reset button 4 times with :

• the 1 time = alarm led, light
• the 2 times = on/off button led, light
• the 3 times = alarm led, light
• the 4 times = on/off button led, light
  • ---> the number of the reset button pressing
  • --> 0 time green power off
  • --> 1 time orange service pattern print
  • --> 2 times green EEPROM print
  • --> 3 times orange EEPROM reset
  • --> 4 times green waste ink counter reset
  • --> 5 unplug cable power. (for MP145 / MP150)
  • --> 6 turn off power. (for MP160)

then press the on/off button 2 times(the 2 press will turn off your printer)

then turn on the printer and you'll see number 1 in 7 display and the alarm light not blinking

use with your own risk.
i used this trik and fix this problem
if that step not fix your problem then buy a new catridge :D
